A booster pump creates a differential calendar force between the pasteurized and unpasteurized side of the unit, minimizing the risk of contamination.

Sterilization tank operation notes:
1, before the liquid material storage should be strictly cleaned and sterilized.

Otherwise, the cream will float and affect the quality of the material.
3,After the material is out of the tank, all the working surfaces in contact with the material as well as pipes and plugs should be cleaned.
