The Automatic Walnut Shelling Machine is composed of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (in two sizes), a feeding hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt pulley, and its transmission V-belt. After the normal operation of the Automatic Walnut Shelling Machine, the walnuts are quantitatively, evenly, and continuously fed into the feeding hopper.

The walnuts are crushed under the repeated impact, friction, and collision of the rotor. The walnuts and the broken shells are filtered and separated through a certain aperture sieve (the first threshing is done using a large aperture sieve, and the cleaned small fruits are replaced with a small aperture sieve for the second shelling) under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor. Walnut shells and grains are blown out of the machine by the force of a rotating fan, while heavier fruits are screened through a vibrating screen for cleaning purposes.
