1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the transmission components are loose and whether there are any abnormal noises and eliminate them in time.

2. Whether the electrical components connected to the power cord are damaged or leaking.

3. After checking that the equipment is normal, start idling, lower the grading screen, cutter, and elevator in sequence, and vice versa when shutting down.

4. Remove foreign matter and impurities from the dried material to prevent damage to the cutter, then put the material into the hopper, adjust the size of the hopper discharge door and the speed of the conveyor belt, so that the feeding and cutting of the cutter are synchronized .

5. Adjust the gap between the upper and lower cutters according to customer requirements to cut out materials of different specifications.

6. There is an adjustment handle at the back of the upper and lower knife. Loosen the fixed cap and turn the handle. The inward adjustment gap becomes smaller, and the cut grain size is smaller. Otherwise, the grain size is larger. Refer to the scales on both sides of the adjustment plate. There are positioning fulcrums inside the upper and lower knives. When the minimum gap is reached, the positioning cannot be adjusted to prevent damage to the blade when the two knives come into contact and affect the cutting quality.

7. The cut material of Peanut Powder Milling Machine enters the sieve body and is classified by the sieve. Replace screens according to customer requirements to achieve required product specifications

8. If the cut materials appear to block the screen holes, remove them to avoid affecting the discharge. If the oil content is high, clean the oil residue remaining on the equipment in a timely manner to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
