Working Principle of Pig Splitting Saw
Power Transmission
The electric motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, which in turn drives the saw blade in reciprocating motion via the connecting rod and crosshead.
Saw Blade Movement
The saw blade cuts the carcass in its reciprocating motion, and combined with a manual or mechanical conveyor (such as a slide or slider), it achieves continuous splitting.
Balancing System
The machine uses a wire rope, pulley, and counterweight (or balancer) to reduce the load during the return to its original position after splitting, ensuring operational stability.
Applications of Pig Splitting Saw
Pig Slaughtering
Suitable for rapid splitting of pigs, cattle, sheep, and other carcasses, with an efficiency of up to 223 kg/min.
Mechanical Optimization
Some machines feature an aluminum alloy housing and a spray cooling system to further reduce meat loss and improve durability.

Features of Pig Splitting Saw
High Efficiency
Splitting a cow or horse takes only 5-10 seconds.
01
Flexible operation
Mostly used in small and medium-sized slaughterhouses, suitable for mechanized assembly line operations.
02
Efficient Cutting
The 0.5mm ultra-thin flexible saw blade significantly reduces bone and meat loss, improving production efficiency.
03
Guide System
The "V"-shaped guide groove and "U"-shaped exit groove ensure precise splitting and restore the pig to its upright position.
04
Water Spray Cooling
A water spray pipe rinses, cools, and lubricates the saw blade during operation.
