Machine Introduction
The Walnut Washing Line automatically feeds materials through conveyor belts or directly pours them into drums, using high-pressure circulating water pumps, high-pressure spray systems, automatic flipping, and variable frequency regulation.
Fast, automatic discharge, continuous work. After cleaning, it directly enters the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen vibrates most of the water droplets and then enters the air duct or dryer. After air drying or drying, it can be directly packed or proceed to the next process.

Walnut sheller is mainly used for shelling and extracting kernels from dried walnuts. The walnut cleaning machine equipment is made of all stainless steel SUS304/2B material, which meets food hygiene requirements. At the same time, an appropriate amount of chemicals can be added for disinfection and color fixation.
