The Walnut Cracking Shelling Machine is composed of a frame, a fan, a rotor, a single-phase motor, a screen (available in two sizes), a feeding hopper, a vibrating screen, a V-belt pulley, and its transmission V-belt. After the machine is running normally, the walnuts are fed into the hopper in a quantitative, uniform, and continuous manner. The walnuts are crushed under the repeated impact, friction, and collision of the rotor. The walnut kernels and crushed shells are filtered and separated through a sieve with a certain aperture under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor (a large aperture sieve is used for the first threshing, and a small aperture sieve is used for the second peeling of the small skinned fruits after cleaning). Walnut shells and grains are blown out of the machine by the rotating fan, while lighter shells are filtered through a vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
