Work Principle

The material of Peanut Cutter Machine is discharged evenly through the hopper, and the cut material is sent to the shredding mechanism by the conveyor belt for chopping. The cut material is vibrated and classified to obtain the required specifications of particles. The reciprocating speed of the cutter is constant. By changing the speed of the conveyor belt, the number of times the material is sheared is increased, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the particle size.
Before starting the machine, check whether the circuit is normal and whether the rotating parts are loose or abnormal.
Before loading peanuts, use supporting equipment (peeling machine or half-grain machine) to remove the red skin and use milky white rice as cutting material.
The ram of the upper hopper is controlled to a suitable height, so that the feeding control is uniform and synchronous, so as to ensure the normal operation of the shredder.
By adjusting the connecting rods at both ends of the cutter frame, the cutter of Peanut Cutter Machine is parallel to the bottom plate of the belt, and the gap is adjusted so that the belt cannot be cut.
The size of the cut particles is controlled by the speed adjustment of the conveyor belt according to the user's requirements. The faster the belt speed, the larger the particles, and the slower the belt speed, the smaller the particles.
After being chopped, it enters the vibrating grading sieve, and the qualified crushed particles fall into the storage hopper under the screen, and the large particles are subjected to secondary crushing.
