Cocoa Bean Production Line

The cocoa bean, which is the seed of the cocoa tree, is the source of cocoa. To obtain the cocoa bean, the cocoa pod undergoes a series of processes.

The cocoa pods cutting, shelling, and screening separating production line is used to process fresh cocoa pods to obtain the cocoa beans. The line consists of several machines that work in sequence to achieve this objective. The machines can run individually or in combination, depending on the processing requirements. The types of machines constituting the production line are:

1. Cocoa pod cutting machine - this machine is used to cut the cocoa pods open. The cutting machine is designed to reduce manual labor by allowing for easy and fast of open cocoa pods.

2. Cocoa pod shelling screening separating machine - this machine is used to shell the cocoa beans from the pods after they have been cut open. The shelling machine is designed to remove the beans from the pod without damaging them.

The cocoa bean sheller separator machine has two parts: a shell-breaking system and a separating system. The shell-breaking system consists of a hopper, a drum, and a shell-breaking wheel. The hopper receives the cocoa beans, and the drum rotates to break the cocoa pods into smaller pieces. The shell-breaking wheel then cracks open the pods and separates the beans from the shells. The separated beans and shells are then sent to the separating system.

The separating system consists of a vibrating screen and a airflow separator. The vibrating screen sieves the cocoa beans into different sizes, while the airflow separator sucks up the lighter shells and allows the heavier beans to pass through. The beans are then ready for roasting and further processing.
