Installation steps

Place the machine at a horizontal workplace to ensure that the machine is placed smoothly and reliable.

Check the various parts before use. Whether the fascination is loose during transportation, whether the switch and power cord are damaged due to transportation, and corresponding measures are taken in time.

Check whether there are foreign objects in the rotating cylinder or on the conveyor belt. If there is a foreign body, you must clean it to avoid damage to the knife.

Determine the power supply voltage and rated voltage of the machine. Find a professional electrician to connect the machine power cord to the power source, press the "on" button, and check if the steering wheel is turning correctly. Otherwise, please cut off the power and adjust the wiring.
Usage steps
1). Try cutting before work to observe whether the specifications of the cut vegetables are consistent with the requirements. Otherwise, the thickness or cutting length of the slicing should be adjusted to do normal work after meeting the requirements.
2). Install a vertical knife cutting machine to install a vertical knife: first rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel, so that the knife rack will be carried to the lower point, and then the knife rack is lifted up 1/2 mm to make the vertical knife contact the conveyor belt. The tight nut has tightened the vertical knife on the blade. Note: The elevated height can be mastered according to the cut vegetables. If the elevated high height is raised, the vegetables may be connected to the knife. If the elevated height is too large, it may be cut off the conveyor belt.

Decrease the cutting size
Move the adjustable eccenter to make the split upward, then loosen the screw to move the bolt toward the center of adjustable eccenter.
Increase the cutting size
Move the adjustable eccenter to make the split downward, then loosen the screw to move the bolt far away from the center of adjustable Eccenter.
