The equipment is made of crusher and screw juicer. The crusher is installed on the feed port of the juicer. The broken material falls directly into the juicer. The crusher is composed of a cylinder, a cutter rotor, a bottom cutter, a motor and a belt pulley. The cutter rotor rotates at high speed in the gap of the bottom cutter. Under the combined action of the two, the material is broken and pressed into the juicer. The juicer is composed of a front support, a hopper, a screw, a filter, a juicer, a rear support, a slag trough and other parts. When working, the motor is rotated by a pair of belt pulley with constant speed driving spindle, the material is chopped by the high-speed rotating hammer, due to the role of centrifugal force, the material comes out of the waist-shaped hole screen, so that the fruit and vegetable can reach the particle size 2-5 mm broken, directly into the spiral juicing system, in order to improve the juicing effect.
