2.working principle of UHT Sterilization Machine
Generally, materials are pumped by a centrifugal pump into the hot and cold material heat exchange device in the sterilizer to be preheated, and then pass through a high-temperature barrel filled with high pressure.
The materials are quickly heated to the sterilization temperature and maintained there for about 3 seconds. Microorganisms in it and enzymes are quickly killed. After the material leaves the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled through heat exchange with the cold material, and the temperature is generally lower than 65°C.
If the temperature needs to be increased in the next process, the requirement can be achieved by adjusting the angle stop valve or circulation. Otherwise, the discharge temperature can be reduced by connecting cooling water. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which can make the boiling point of the material higher than the maximum temperature while maintaining a certain pressure.
When adjusting this valve during normal production, the driving force of the pump overcomes the spring pressure to generate back pressure to control the flow rate. It should be fully opened when cleaning and sterilizing the machine. The circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid and alkali solutions to effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil.
