Milk UHT Sterilization Machine, the temperature is generally 115-135 ℃, and the sterilization time is 4-10 seconds. It is divided into steam heating and electric heating.
Milk UHT Sterilization Machine is applicable to the instantaneous sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice, beverage, ice cream, ice cream slurry, soy sauce, soybean milk, condensed milk, alcohol, etc., as well as the sterilization of fluid materials.
General materials are pumped by centrifugal pump into the heat exchange device of cold and hot materials in the sterilizer to be preheated, and then through the high temperature barrel filled with high pressure.
The materials are rapidly heated to the sterilization temperature and maintained for about 3 seconds before and after this, and the microorganisms and enzymes therein are quickly killed.

If the temperature of the next process needs to be increased, the requirements can be met by adjusting the angle stop valve or circulation, etc. The temperature is generally lower than 65 ℃.

Otherwise, the discharge temperature can be reduced by connecting cooling water. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which can make the boiling point of the material higher than the maximum temperature under a certain pressure.

This valve is adjusted during normal production. The back pressure is generated by the driving force of the pump to overcome the spring pressure to control the flow. It should be fully opened when cleaning the sterilizer.

The circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid-base solution and effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil. Due to the use of stainless steel three-way cock at the same time, the flow can be properly adjusted.
