How To Operate The Machine

01.Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them, then use a hole extractor to remove the center hole and insert the bamboo skewers. Use a hole extractor with a diameter of 5mm, and a bamboo stick with a diameter of 4.5mm.

02.Step 2

Turn the stretching switch upwards and install the potato with the bamboo skewer on the fixed claw head (the potato needs to be inserted into the claw head, do not face the bamboo skewer tip inside the machine). Move the knife holder to tightly press the blade against the potato (press the spring lock on the knife holder to move parallel).

03.Step 3

Hook the support rod onto the end of the bamboo stick, pull the switch downwards, turn on the power switch, and turn the handle in the direction of the arrow when shaking it by hand. Turn on the power switch to ensure that the first potato has been cut before putting down the stretching switch.

04.Step 4

Turn off the power and remove the potato tower when the potato is fully peeled.
