1.Rice

Application scenario: Remove mold particles, yellowing particles, black spot particles, stones, glass and other impurities.

2.Miscellaneous grains (mung beans, red beans, soybeans, etc.)

Application scenario: Remove moldy, insect infested, and discolored particles (such as black beans in mung beans).

Advantages:

The color difference of miscellaneous grains is obvious, and the color selection efficiency is high.

Can adapt to different particle sizes of miscellaneous grains (requires changing the chute or adjusting parameters).

3.Coffee beans

Application scenarios:

Raw bean sorting: Remove moldy beans, fermented beans, shell beans, stones, etc.

Matured bean sorting: Remove beans that are unevenly baked or carbonized.

Advantages:

The color sorter can distinguish subtle color differences (such as light and dark baked flawed beans).

The infrared or ultraviolet spectrum extension function can detect internal defects.

4.White sugar

Application scenario: Remove yellowing sugar particles and impurities (such as hemp rope and plastic sheets).

Sugar has strong reflectivity and requires high brightness light sources and anti-interference algorithms.

Small color differences (such as white sugar and yellow sugar) require high-sensitivity sensors.

5.Other applicable materials

Nuts (such as peanuts and almonds): shelled, moldy and sorted.

Seed: Improve germination rate and eliminate defective seeds.
