Potato Steam Peeling Machine work by using high-temperature steam and pressure to loosen the skin of fruits and vegetables. This occurs when the hot steam penetrates the skin and interacts with the pectin that holds the skin to the fruit or vegetable's flesh, causing it to loosen.

How to Operate Potato Steam Peeling Machine

1. Preheat the machine to the required temperature. This is usually between 80°C to 100°C, depending on the type and size of the fruits and vegetables.

2. Load the fruits and vegetables into the drum, taking care not to overload it as this can affect the peeling process.

3. Close the lid of the drum and ensure it is sealed correctly to prevent any steam from escaping.

Switch on the machine, and the steam will begin to flow into the drum and heat the fruits and vegetables.

The fruits and vegetables will begin to rotate inside the drum due to the machine's motion, facilitating the peeling process.

The peeled fruits and vegetables will exit via a chute, and the skin removed is stored in a separate container.

Continue the process until all the fruits and vegetables have been peeled.
