Pecan Cracker Machine

This Pecan Cracker Machine uses free rotary cutting to peel the walnuts. The walnuts enter the rotary cutting roller area, and the high-speed running roller starts to cut the green skin. The walnuts also freely roll to make each side cut by the roller. The stripped walnuts have a small diameter and are not easy to cut. They continuously roll out of the rotary cutting area, and a small amount of uncut green skin is removed by a steel wire brush. Clean walnuts roll out of the processing area and enter the container.

New walnuts are constantly fed, peeled clean, and discharged. The distance between the partition and the rotary cutting roller can be automatically adjusted, and can also be manually adjusted by adding or subtracting shims based on the size of walnuts and the thickness of the green skin in the region, to reduce the rate of shell breakage and improve the rate of removal.

After turning on the power, check that the direction of the motor is consistent with the spiral direction of the blade. After the machine has been idle for ten minutes, check for any loose nuts and tighten them. Check if the wire rope brush is loose. If it is loose, add green walnuts for debugging. Adjust the gap between the grille and the roller according to the size of the walnuts.

After the normal operation of the Pecan Cracker Machine, the walnuts are quantitatively, evenly, and continuously fed into the feeding hopper. The walnuts are crushed under the repeated impact, friction, and collision of the rotor. The walnuts and the broken shells are filtered and separated through a certain aperture sieve (the first threshing is done using a large aperture sieve, and the cleaned small fruits are replaced with a small aperture sieve for the second shelling) under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor. Walnut shells and grains are blown out of the machine by the force of a rotating fan, while heavier fruits are screened through a vibrating screen for cleaning purposes.
