Machine Introduction
The whole Peanut Bar Production Line consist of peanut roaster, peeler, sugar melting pot, Mixer, forming machine and cutter. Each machine can complete work separately; Whole process save energy and labors.
Peanut Roaster Machine
This machine is mainly used for peanut, walnuts, almonds, eat beans, seeds and other granular materials, baking or drying, with electric heating type, fuel oil, or gas and coal as heat source.
Sugar melting pot
The machine can automatic heat,stirring and titling controlled by electric motors; The heating temperature can be set among 0~300℃ and the machine can control the heating temperature automatically depending on the set point.
Roasted Peanut Peeling Machine
The machine adopts roller rub peeled way, stable and reliable performance, long life, peeling effect, high productivity, half a low, good quality, etc
Non-sticky mixer
The machine is special designed for mixing sticky materials which is made of SUS304 material.
The Peanut Bar Production Line is continuously fed, and consists of automatic flattening, automatic cross-cutting, and automatic vertical cutting; seven automatic leveling steps, with moderate flattening density and uniform thickness; frequency conversion adjustment, good cutting size and shaping squareness; continuous production of the whole machine, manual connection in the middle, realizes the truly fully automatic and intelligent operation of the cereal bar production line.
This production line is mainly suitable for the production of rectangular foods such as peanut candy, peanut crisps, rice candy, egg potato crisps, corn crisps, melon seed crisps, etc.
This machine consists of five parts: laying, flattening, cooling, cutting and shaping, and cooling and conveying. This machine has the advantages of simple operation, easy use, large production volume, good cutting and shaping, and arbitrary adjustment of length.
