Meat Thawing Machine

1. In order to ensure uniform temperature of the defrosting tank, a circulating pump is used to forcibly circulate the cold water in the tank;

2. In order to ensure the cleaned product is clean, there is a cold water spray in the middle of the defrosting section mesh belt; in order to ensure that the water in the thawing tank is clean and free of impurities, a single storage tank is circulated outside the thawing tank to make the product in the process of thawing. The impurities brought into the thawing tank by the product are circulated in the outer tank for a sufficient period of time to reduce the number of times the thawing tank is cleaned;

3. This machine adopts frequency converter to adjust the stepping speed of the conveyor belt,which is high;

4. Both sides of the chain are equipped with protective devices to prevent product damage caused by the chain being involved;

5. The bottom end of the machine is equipped with a ground angle, and the height of the ground angle can be adjusted to keep the equipment and the ground stable;

6. The defrosting line conveyor chain plate is equipped with an overall chain lifting design. (The conveyor belt can be upgraded as a whole to facilitate the customer's sanitary cleaning); the lifting method adopts the chain lifting design as a whole (the upper and lower limit controls are also installed on the electric appliance), so that the operation of the whole equipment is stable and safe.

7. In order to facilitate the cleansing and thorough drainage, the bottom of the equipment adopts the "Ω" type arc bending design to reduce the sanitary cleaning dead angle.

8. In order to ensure the convenient internal cleaning of the tank body, the inner support of the tank body adopts high-strength square tube to achieve seamless welding without leaving a sanitary corner;

9. the device contains automatic hydration function.
