Machine features
1: Hydroextractors are all three legged suspended pendulum structures, which can avoid foot vibration during operation due to unbalanced load inside the impeller.
2: The inner cylinder and outer shell of the industrial centrifugal dewatering machine are made of stainless steel plate material, and the impeller is made of stainless steel plate. The cage base and chassis are made of cast iron material, and the water outlet pipe is located below the chassis.
3: The spindle is made of high-quality steel that has undergone heat treatment and precision machining.
4: The transmission part adopts triangular tape transmission, and the centrifugal starting wheel is directly driven by the motor, which can slowly start the machine and gradually reach the design speed to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
5: There is a brake opening and closing arm inside the machine, which has good braking performance and can quickly stop the machine.
