Put the prepared dough into a slurry bucket and when the grill is heated to 160℃; Turn on the slurry pump to send the slurry to the nozzle, operate the clutch operating lever to make the slurry adhere to the arc surface of the baking wheel.
When the baking wheel rotates for 270-300 degrees, the slurry is mature, and it is automatically separated from the grill wheel, and form a fixed thickness of spring rolls skin. After being cut into blocks by the cutter, it can be folded for sale, or immediately rolls the spring rolls.
Working Principle
Start the baking wheel drive motor through the main control box, drive the grill to rotate, and heat the grill wheels to the required temperature through the heating mechanism. Adjust the slurry box to the position where the surface slurry contacts the baking wheel through the main regulating handle.
