Steps and daily maintenance of the dough sheeter machine:
Before use, we should first check whether the parts are intact, whether there is leakage, and all can be closed before the test run.
Clean the dough sheeter machine before use, wipe it clean with a dry cloth, put the oil into the standard, and heat it.
The conveying platform of the dough sheeter machine should not bear heavy objects. The rolled dough should not be too hard (such as frozen dough), and the one-time thin pressing should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the working stability and service life of the equipment. When the thickness of the dough is more than 10mm, it can be adjusted to thin about 5mm each time, when it is 5 ~ 10mm, it will decrease about 2mm each time, and when it is less than 5mm, it will decrease about 1mm each time.
After running the dough sheeter machine for 40 hours, please tighten the belt and chain to the appropriate position to avoid transmission slip and chain off. After 80 hours of operation, please oil sprocket, chain and other transmission parts, screw, nut and other fasteners, so as not to damage the machine.
Keep it clean and complete. Bearings, belts, chains and other transmission parts should not be accompanied by foreign bodies such as flour and dust to avoid burning out bearings or wear of accelerating parts. If abnormal sound is found during operation, the pastry machine should stop immediately.
