2. Brush cleaning and sterilization: During cleaning, a new type of circular egg guide mold is used to convey eggs into several wear-resistant wire brushes for horizontal high-speed brushing. The new circular egg guide mold can prevent eggs from being damaged when subjected to high-speed and high-intensity brushing by hard brushes. While brushing, water pipes are installed to supply water through the brush and spray system to clean the eggs in all directions, wash away the dirt on the egg surface and sterilize the surface;

3. Air drying of eggs: The cleaned eggs enter the conveyor axial flow fan to quickly blow off most of the water droplets on the eggs, and blow dry through the air nozzle to remove most of the water droplets on the egg surface;

4. Light inspection of eggs: Using a special light source and mechanical structure, the eggs are transmitted, and then through light transmission detection, broken eggs, black-hearted eggs, double-yolk eggs, stale eggs, impurity eggs, blistered eggs and other inferior eggs can be detected, which can be manually removed and checked.
