The process starts with the egg washing machine, it use water to clean the eggs. The machine has a rotating brush,it brush the eggs to remove dirt. After washing, the eggs are conveyed to the egg drying machine and use the hot air to dry eggs .
The drying process could remove moisture, moisture can cause bacterial growth and affect the shelf life of the eggs. Once the eggs are dry, they are conveyedto the egg grading machine, and they are sorted according to their size and quality. The grading machine uses advanced technology to sort accurately and efficiently.
