Supersonic spraying( HVOF)
HVOF is the abbreviation of High Velocity Oxy-Fuel Spraying. There is an independent combustion chamber in the supersonic machine. In this combustion chamber, the fuel is mixed with oxygen and burned.
It is a thermal spraying method that uses a supersonic nozzle to eject high-pressure and high-speed flames.

The characteristic of HVOF is that compared with other thermal spray coatings, it has fewer pores and can be coated with a denser structure, so it is widely used in products that require product coating or polishing.
However, the disadvantage is that the construction speed is significantly slower than ARC spraying, and it is not suitable for on-site painting. The parts can only be sent after the parts are sprayed at the factory.Delicate but time consuming.

Different equipment cost: the cost of arc spraying machine is relatively low, while the cost of supersonic spray equipment is relatively high.
