V Type Powder Mixer
Working Principle
V Type Powder Mixer is mainly composed of a mixing barrel, a frame, a transmission system, and an electrical system. It uses two asymmetric barrels and adopts medium-force mixing. The materials are continuously gathered and dispersed in the barrel. Generally, it takes about 5-15 minutes to mix. Two or more powdered and granular materials are fully mixed and evenly mixed, and the uniformity can reach more than 99%.
Using two semi-cylinder structures of different lengths, there is a time difference in the flow of materials in the barrel, so it has higher mixing efficiency and mixing uniformity.

How to Operate?
Preparation
Before operating the V Type Powder Mixer, ensure that all the necessary safety precautions are in place. Check that the machine is clean and free of residue from previous batches.
Loading
Load the required amount of powder into the V-shaped container of the machine. The amount of powder should not exceed the machine's maximum capacity.
Mixing
Switch on the machine and adjust the speed to the required level. The machine will start mixing the powders, and you should monitor the process until complete.
Unloading
Once the mixing process is complete, switch off the machine and remove the container from the machine. Unload the mixed powder from the container and clean the container before using again.
