To understand its working principle:

The bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction of the residue outlet, while the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed forward by the screw, due to the reduction in the volume of the screw cavity, the material is squeezed.

The rotation direction of the spiral main shaft is clockwise from the feeding hopper to the slag chute. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are compressed under the push of the screw.

The squeezed juice flows through the filter screen into the juice container at the bottom, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating part.

The axial movement of the pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap. It is used to change the size of the gap clockwise, that is, to adjust the resistance of slag discharge, thereby changing the slag discharge rate. The size of the gap depends on the specific process requirements of the user.
