The production process of Sponge Cake Production Line

1. Eggshell and egg liquid separator

2. Egg beater (blender)

 

Function: This is one of the core equipment for cake production. It puts various raw materials such as egg mixture, flour, sugar, oil, water, milk powder, additives, etc. into a mixing tank according to the formula ratio, and mixes them at high speed to form a uniform cake batter filled with an appropriate amount of air.

3. Cake oil spray brush machine

 

Function: Automatically and evenly spray or brush a thin layer of release oil (or sprinkle dry powder) on the cake mold or baking tray before entering the grouting process.

4. Multi functional grouting machine

 

Function: The mixed cake batter is quantitatively injected into a continuously running baking tray or cake mold through a precise metering pump. The injection volume and speed can be adjusted to ensure that the weight of each cake is consistent.

5. Pillow packaging machine

 

Function: This is the final stage of the production line. Send the cooled cakes individually or in groups into the packaging machine. The machine will wrap the cake with composite plastic film (such as CPP/OPP) and then perform heat sealing cutting to form a sealed "pillow" shaped packaging.
