Raw Cashew Nut Grading Machine

Cashew grading machine adopts drum grading and gap size grading. The machine is composed of transmission structure, drum structure, frame and other parts. This machine is mainly used for grading the size of nuts. The growth and size of nuts vary unevenly, generally divided into 3-6 levels, which can be customized according to customer needs. Pour the nuts continuously into the hopper, adjust the size of the feeding door, so that the waist nuts evenly enter the groove between the two shafts, roll from the feeding end to the discharging end, the large nuts come out from the front feeding port, the middle and small nuts leak out from the gap between the two shafts, and then classify, and so on, to achieve the grading effect. There is a corresponding hopper under the grading roller to receive the material, which will not mix the grades.
