Usually,please follow the steps below:
1.Intention expression
The customers express their idea of becoming our distributor to our sales representative.You can give your application to the sales representative.
2.Know each other
Then our sales representative will talk with you.Usually we need to know the area where your business is located, the scope of your business, your business performance, the related qualification,ect.
3.Assessment
After the sales representative has a preliminary understanding of the customer, the customer's information and application will be submitted to the Superior departments and managers for evaluation.
4.Sample order
After the evaluation passed, a relatively low price will be given. Buyers can order machines at this low price. After the buyers get the machines, they will have a better understanding of us, sucha as the machine's quality, our service and so on.
5.Sign distribution contract
The both parties will further discuss the sales quantity, distribution price, distribution area, validity period,etc.After we have a agreement on the terms of the distribution contract, then we sign contract.
