Working Principle of Bubble Cleaner Machine
The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel material and uses water as the medium. The water in the pool rolls under the action of the air pump, and the food can be washed repeatedly. The conveying speed of the equipment mesh belt is adjustable. For vegetables that float during cleaning, a spray device can be added to the upper end of the cleaning tank to flush and float the floating materials with high pressure.
While cleaning, spray pipes and nozzles are added to the upper part of the mesh belt, and the high-pressure water pump is used for cyclic spraying to clean the materials twice. The nozzle is detachable, which is convenient for cleaning and prevents clogging. The nozzle angle is adjustable to clean the materials more effectively.
