What are the functions of the machine?
The Egg Breaker and Yolk Separator Machine ,consist of egg breaker, egg white and yolk separate device. Egg breaker copy manul method break the egg shell when the egg which transfered into breaking position, and use special knifes seperate the egg shells,so that can make the egg liquid flow out from egg shells.
The egg liquid will flow into the seperates channel,and seperates the egg white and yolk seperately,then flow into diferent container.

Product elean and maintenance
Make sure cut down the electricity and unplug before clean process.
Removing the egg white and yolk separator from main machine, rinsing with water, and then wipe it dry with dry towel. Collecting the removed bolts for next using.
Remove the liquid flow channel to cleaning and wiping it with dry towel.
You can use the spray gun to rinsing the egg tray in the main engine and the parts of breaking the egg shell, or wiping them with a wet towel. After wiping and washing some ofthe parts,you can turn on the power,making machine running to reveal the parts unwashed. And then turn off the power,to continue wiping other parts until the cleaning is finished.( Make sure the power is cut off before wiping parts.)
