Then you can adjust the film roll position and the tension balance bar. If both are ineffective, you can solve it by adjusting the angle of the upper triangle plate.
If the upper film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangle plate can be adjusted in the clockwise direction; if the lower film material deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangle plate can be adjusted in the counterclockwise direction. This can solve this fault problem.

During the packaging production, the packaging part heats up slowly or cannot reach the standard packaging temperature (above 160 degrees Celsius). This problem may prevent the packaging from achieving the expected packaging purpose.
The heating process relies on the heater. The main power supply line of the heater should be checked first. The circuit of the heater is the main power line passing through a magnetic switch and then to the electric heating tube, so the contacts of the magnetic switch should be checked first to see if they are normal. If the circuit does not pass through one of the phases, the above phenomenon will occur. If the magnetic switch is normal, you can check the electric meter again to see if the ohm value of each phase is the same as that of the machine. If it is normal, it should be a short circuit. If all phases are connected but the line or electric heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.

When performing multi-object cluster packaging, the equipment cannot detect the packaged object, causing damage to the packaging during packaging, making the packaging work impossible.

This happens because the gap between the objects in the heat shrink sealing machine affects the detection of the electric eye when performing cluster packaging. You only need to adjust the electric eye detection angle of the equipment to an oblique angle to avoid the above phenomenon.

The above three faults are common faults of the equipment used in production lines. We hope that the solutions we provide to you can better help you use and produce, so as to better improve production efficiency, reduce packaging losses, and improve product market competitiveness.
