Working Principle of Gyoza Making Machine
The Gyoza Making Machine is not complicated to operate. The machine works by pressing dough and filling using molds to produce uniform Gyoza. Depending on the type of machine, different Gyoza sizes can be formed. Here is how it works:
1. Dough Sheet
The machine will require a dough sheet for the initial process. The dough sheet should be thin and with uniform thickness, which can be achieved by using a dough roller or sheeter.
2. Filling
After the dough sheet is ready, the filling goes in the next step. Place your desired filling mix into the hopper, which will feed the filling rollers. You can adjust the amount of filling by adjusting the hopper.
3. Pressing
The machine will press the filling onto the dough sheet with the use of molds. It will cut and shape the dough and filling into tiny portions to create Gyoza or dumplings uniformly. The molds will seal and form the gyoza, which will be ready for cooking.
How to operate Gyoza Making Machine?
Step 1: Set Up the Machine
Before you start making Gyoza, you need to set up your machine. First, plug in the machine and make sure that it is properly grounded. Next, choose the mold that you would like to use for the Gyoza. Once you have selected the mold, place it into the machine and ensure that it is secure. Finally, make sure that the machine is clean and free of any debris.
Step 2: Preparing the Dough
The next step is to prepare the dough for the Gyoza. You can either use pre-made Gyoza wrappers or make your own dough. If you choose to make your own dough, mix flour and water in a bowl until it forms a dough-like consistency. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and supple.
Step 3: Preparing the Filling
The filling is perhaps the most important part of the Gyoza. To make the filling, you can use a combination of ground pork, vegetables, and seasonings. Once the pork and vegetables are mixed together, add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil for flavor.
Step 4: Making the Gyoza
Now that you have prepared the dough and filling, it is time to start making the Gyoza. Take a small amount of dough and place it on the mold. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into a circular shape. Once the dough is flattened, add a spoonful of filling into the center of the dough.
