Bean Sprout Production Process 

Clean and disinfect the bean sprout making machine after installation

 

After the bean sprout machine is properly installed, disinfect the inner chamber and incubator with disinfectant. Place the incubator tray or incubator into the machine, close the door, and spray with disinfectant in water at approximately 20°C. Rinse once with clean water.

Soak mung beans in warm water below 70°C for 4 hours, keeping the temperature at approximately 50°C (until the bean seeds are 80% open). Soak soybeans in warm water at approximately 30°C for 5-6 hours (until the bean seeds are 80% open).
