Bean Sprout Production Process
Clean and disinfect the bean sprout making machine after installation
After the bean sprout machine is properly installed, disinfect the inner chamber and incubator with disinfectant. Place the incubator tray or incubator into the machine, close the door, and spray with disinfectant in water at approximately 20°C. Rinse once with clean water.
Select bean stock
Select mung beans, soybeans, or peas with a high germination rate. Wash and remove any damaged or damaged beans, rocks, sand, or other debris.

Soak the beans
Soak mung beans in warm water below 70°C for 4 hours, keeping the temperature at approximately 50°C (until the bean seeds are 80% open). Soak soybeans in warm water at approximately 30°C for 5-6 hours (until the bean seeds are 80% open).
Evenly distribute the soaked bean seeds into the clean incubator
Add the beans according to the different bean sizes for each model. Flatten and place on the rack inside the bean sprout machine. Settings: Watering time (40s-50s), watering interval (180m-240m)Water tank temperature: Mung bean sprouts and soybean sprouts: 23°C, pea sprouts: 25°C Box temperature: Bean sprouts: 22°C, mung bean sprouts: 23°C, pea sprouts: 25°C

Users must understand the total power consumption of the mung bean sprout machine before purchasing. Due to significant regional temperature and water temperature variations, the total power setting will vary. Power consumption is primarily dependent on factors such as water temperature, ambient temperature, production time, bean variety, growing cycle length, and watering volume. Users should strive to create energy-efficient conditions during operation.
