2.Structure Composition and Working Principle

Structural composition:

The equipment mainly includes a machine base, a motor, a reduction box, a sprocket and chain transmission device, a belt pulley transmission device, and a casing scraping device. Among them, the motor and reduction box are located at the bottom of the machine base, and the casing scraping device is located on the top of the base. The motor, reduction box and casing scraping device are connected and driven by sprockets, chains, belts and pulleys.

Working principle:

The scraper is adjacent to the big rubber roller and is located obliquely above the big rubber roller, with a gap in between. Simply feed the pig and sheep small intestines into the gap between the large rubber roller and the scraper and the gap between the two small rubber rollers, and reliable casings can be processed.

3.Operation Methods and Precautions

6.1 Manually rotate the scraper blade slightly so that the blade is perpendicular to the large rubber roller, and adjust the left and right side adjusting bolts of the large rubber roller to make a gap of 0.25mm between the blade and the rubber roller.

6.2 Tighten the handle of the small pull roller

Note: Before starting the machine, please pay attention to whether there are hard objects on the scraper, large rubber roller, and small rubber roller to prevent damage to the scraper and rubber roller.

4.Maintenance

7.1 After each work, the surface of the machine should be rinsed with water pipe in time. Clean up the intestine waste between the scraper and the rubber roller shaft.

7.2 The spindle bearing should be replaced in time if the ball is worn out, the fit is loose, or the machine noise becomes louder.

7.3 Regularly check the tightness of the transmission belt and the lubrication of the chain to ensure the effectiveness of the transmission.
