The broad bean cutting machine adopts a disc knife for rolling cutting, with a service life more than twice that of ordinary carbon steel knives. The material contact part is entirely made of stainless steel material, suitable for various specifications of broad beans.

Working principle

Pour the soaked Broad Beans into the hopper, and vibrate the feed to make the raw materials enter the gap between the rotating rubber wheels fixed by three power rollers. Under the action of the feed wheel, the outer skin of the raw materials is cut by the blade, and then discharged by the discharge wheel.

Test machine

1. According to the requirements of the motor voltage, after connecting the power supply, lightly tap the switch to check whether the rotation direction is correct (see the mark on the large pulley of the V-belt for the rotation direction). Add a small amount of water to the rubber pulley, turn on the power, and the machine will start working after running for 5 minutes (if the machine has been stored for too long, it must be manually rotated in the correct direction for one to two turns before starting up).
