Daily maintenance
After the equipment goes to work, conduct a no-load trial run and confirm that there are no abnormalities before it can officially start working;
Pour the dough into the feeding port without making it too hard. Unfrozen hard dough should not be used, otherwise it will affect the service life of the equipment;
Clean the surface of the conveyor belt and pressure roller before leaving work every day. Timely remove the remaining dough at both ends of the pressure roller, otherwise the flour will enter the moving parts such as rolling bearings, accelerate the wear of machine components, and burn out the rolling bearings;
Please clean the machine with a cloth, but do not rinse with a water pipe;
Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating this machine;
When installing a new machine or reinstalling it, pay attention to the rotation direction of the pressure roller. The dough is input from the top andthen output from the bottom as usual.
