Working principle of Wheat Flour Making Machine:
Grinding part: The grinding of wheat is mainly done by a flour mill. That is, the wheat is peeled by mechanical force, the endosperm is scraped off the dandruff, and the endosperm is ground into fine powder. This is the main part of the flour making process. The flour mill is divided into an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is the feeding part, and the lower part is the grinding roller. A pair of gears or synchronous belts rotate at a differential speed to drive the grinding roller to break, peel, scrape, and grind the material to achieve the purpose of grinding. The degree of material grinding can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the grinding rollers. Finally, pull the handle to separate the gate plate to separate the two grinding rollers, and the feeding mechanism will automatically stop feeding.
Sieving part: The ground materials are all passed through their respective receivers → feeders → powder feeders (or Yuanluo), and the materials are screened through the powder feeder (or Yuanluo).
