The machines are fed into the feeding hopper, where they are passed through to the crushing chamber. The crushing blade then crushes the fruits and vegetables into small pieces. The juice that is extracted from the fruits and vegetables passes through the screen, while the solid waste is expelled through the outlet.
Working principle
The flying knife rotates around its own axis in the gap between the fixed bottom knife driven by the motor, so as to crush the fruits and vegetables. There are four groups of flying knives on the rotor, and the bottom knife is one group. Depending on the type of fruits and vegetables, the discharge hopper has two forms: bucket type and tube type. Adding a buffer net device on the upper part of the discharge hopper (marked as A in the schematic diagram) can obtain materials with finer particle size. The frame can be covered with a stainless steel plate according to user requirements.
