Ultrafine Pulverizer

The Ultrafine Pulverizer is composed of a main machine, a pulse dust collector, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, a wind lock, a cyclone separator and an electric control cabinet. The main machine is composed of a machine body, a frame, a discharge pipe, a transmission device (motor, stepless speed reducer), an automatic feeder and a crushing chamber. The crushing chamber is equipped with a grading device, a liner, a crushing knife and other main working parts. The automatic feeder pushes the material into the crushing chamber. Due to the negative pressure, the material is sent into the crusher cavity through the rod propeller. In the crushing chamber, it is subjected to the shearing and impact of the moving and fixed knives in high-speed relative motion, and at the same time, it is subjected to the high-frequency oscillation generated by the high-speed cyclone, so that the material is crushed. The material that has been crushed for the first time enters the classification chamber under the cyclone. The coarse material after classification is returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing. The fine powder enters the cyclone separator under the action of negative pressure for primary gas-solid separation, and the remaining powder enters the pulse filter cartridge dust collector for secondary gas-solid separation. Entering the classification wheel, the fineness is controlled by the rotation speed of the classification wheel. The micro-crusher is a vertical shaft reflection type crusher that can complete two processing steps of micro-crushing and micro-powder sorting at the same time. The particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily without stopping the machine. The product particle size is uniform and the fineness can reach 50-2500 mesh. The micro-crusher has a self-cooling function.
