Orange Juice Production Line
The customer came to our factory to visit our newly developed orange juice production line, and we specially arranged for the operation of the machines.
Our company's newly developed orange juice production line adopts the most advanced technology, which can kill bacteria carried in fruits and vegetables. The machines used in each stage are highly enclosed, which can ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the produced beverages to a greater extent.
How to operate a Orange Juice Production Line?

The first step in machine operation is to wash the raw materials clean. Choosing fruits, we should choose high-quality,because this is the first step in producing juice, and the quality of the raw materials directly affects the taste of the juice we make.

The second step is to put the raw materials into the fruit and vegetable peeler and perform a simple treatment on the outer skin of the fruit. Then put it into the juicer for juice extraction, and the extracted juice will be automatically filtered and separated into slurry, leaving only fresh juice.

The third step is sterilization treatment. This step is ensure the hygiene and safety of juice during production, storage, and transportation. Our production line is equipped with a pasteurizer. This can eliminate bacteria and viruses in the juice.

The fourth step is packaging, and the production line is equipped with capping machines and filling machines. Fill the cooled juice into a glass bottle. Seal the bottle tightly with a capping machine.
