Meat Bowl Cutter Machine Installation
Firstly, place the equipment steadily in a fixed location and ensure that the mechanical casing is firmly grounded
Before starting up, check if there is any looseness in the cutting tools. If there is looseness, tighten the cutting tools properly.
The debugging program is: the material pot should be rotated first (counterclockwise rotation is correct), and then the tool should be rotated again (with the labeling direction being correct) for normal operation.
Electrical control system:
Firstly, connect the power supply, leaving the power cord on the side of the device. Three black wires are three-phase power lines at 380V/50Hz, and one yellow green dual color wire is the grounding wire, which must be grounded. It is recommended to install a power switch outside the device. After the external switch is closed, the signal light lights up to indicate that the power supply is connected.
Notes:
1. The upper cover is equipped with an electrical interlock switch, and it is prohibited to open the upper cover during operation.
2. Regularly add 32 # engine oil to the gearbox.
3. Non professionals in the electrical system are prohibited from opening the box.
4. Debugging should start with low and high speeds.
