Introduction:

Working principle
Grape Stem Removing Machine through a series of mechanical devices. After are put into the hopper, the grapes will enter the screen cylinder for destemming under the push of the spiral after be put into the hopper. The stems are removed and discharged from the stem outlet, and the berries will be discharged from the sieve holes,and then the grape be pushed into the crushing device for crushing at the same time.The destemming rate can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the valve. The structure of the machine includes: a hopper, a conveying spiral, a destemming spiral, a screen cylinder, a spiral blade, a stem outlet, a valve, a handwheel, a crushing device and a discharge device. These components work together to ensure efficient processing of grapes.

Sanitary single screw pump:
The slurry pump is a movable sanitary single screw pump.It is installed at the bottom of the crushing device to facilitate the transportation of slurry.
