There are mesh belts on the top and bottom of the equipment to ensure that the materials are soaked in the blanching pool, and the equipment is equipped with a circulation pump to make the water in the blanching pool flow to ensure the uniform temperature of the water in the pool. The tank body of the blanching pool is provided with an insulation layer to reduce heat loss and save energy. There is a steam outlet on the upper end of the equipment, and the excess exhaust gas is discharged from here. .The upper cover is equipped with a lifting device to facilitate internal cleaning, and the lower end is equipped with a sewage river to facilitate the cleaning of equipment. After blanching, the material is transported to the cooling pool by the mesh belt for cooling.
How to Operate French Fries Blanching Machine
Operating machine is relatively easy, and a typical machine has the following steps:
1. Fill the blanching tank with water to the required level.
2. Turn on the steam generator for steam production.
3. Set the temperature control to the desired temperature.
4. Load the vegetables onto the perforated plate in the blanching tank, ensuring that they are not tightly packed.
5. Close the lid and allow the steam to circulate uniformly throughout the container.
6. Set the timer to the required blanching time.
7. After the time has elapsed, turn off the steam generator and drain the water from the blanching tank.
8. Unload the blanched vegetables and allow them to cool before packaging or further processing.
