French Baguette Moulder is a professional dough shaping machine used in bread manufacturing and production. Working Principle
1. The electric motor presses the power onto the surface roller and conveyor belt roller through a V-belt. The pressure roller is driven by chain wheels, and the gap between the rollers can be adjusted (0-19mm). Adjust the dough into pieces using the handwheel with a counter on the left side of the machine.
2. The conveyor belt rollers are installed on the front and rear conveyor plates, and the distance between the two plates can be adjusted within a range of 1-41mm.

3. The dough rises along the front conveyor belt, and the cloth with pressure rollers covers the dough, forming the initial rolling process. When the initially rolled dough reaches the top, it falls between the front and rear feeding plates. Due to the difference in linear speed between the front and rear conveyor belts, a second rolling process is formed, making the dough longer and tighter, and finally falling into the receiving tray for output.
4. The distance between the front and rear feeding plates is adjusted by the handwheel with a counter on the right side of the machine to control the length of the surface rod.
