Dry Ice Block Machine

Place the equipment horizontally,open right door(When producing dry ice, open the doors and windows for ventilation and exhaust),take out the discharge cover,install it on the equipment;

Open the left door and add No. 46 hydraulic fuel, the fuel level to the liquid level meter is around 70-80c.

Connect the external power line of the machine to the three phase 5 line (220V / 3P / 50Hz),there are 5 lines in the power line;fire line: L1 (red), L2 (black), L3 (blue), zero line (green), ground line (yellow).

Turn on the power switch, enter the touch screen, click ENTER, enter the homepage operation surface, and click "manual operation button ", enter the manual page, click" start the motor "

Connect one end of the bellows pipe to the liquid outlet of the gas cylinder,the other end is connected to the location of the co2 inlet of the equipment;

Start working:Place the outlet of the ice mold cover face up,tighten the 4z thumb screws and 5 thumb screws;Close the valve at the end of the equipment,then open the gas cylinder valve;

Enter the touch screen, set the ice spray time, just start the ice spray time setting 2-3S; click the "start button"; the equipment enters into operation; after a period of operation, the equipment cavity is squeezed into dry ice, the touch screen will pop up and display "Please rotate the dry ice discharge mold cover downwards ".

at this time, rotate the front discharge mold cover 180 degrees so that the discharge opening faces downward, and tighten the two thumb screws; click the" confirm-continue working"

button on the touch screen, the equipment is in the during normal operation; run for 5-10 minutes, the ice spray time can be gradually increased to 9S.

End the work: first close the valve in the external gas cylinder; Enter the touch screen "close button" , the equipment fuel will run twice and then stop,turn off the power; Open the exhaust valve at the end of the equipment and finish the work.
