Working Principle of Commercial Deck Oven
Machine consist of one or more shelves stacked on top of each other. It has a heat source both on the top and the bottom. The temperature of each individual deck can be controlled,It provide you with the flexibility to bake a variety of different products all at once. This feature adds a high level of versatility to the oven, it could bake multiple items at varying temperatures on separate shelves.
Machine work by heating the air inside the oven. As the dough or batter is heated, it starts to rise, resulting in beautifully baked products.
How to Operate Commercial Deck Oven

1. Turn on the power switch, and the light will light up. Turn on the upper and lower temperature buttons, and the upper and lower temperature lights will light up.It could be controlled from 200℃ to 300℃.
2. Turn the upper and lower temperature controller knobs to the required temperature scale lines respectively. When the temperature goes up to the set temperature, the red light will be on, and the heating tube in the furnace automatically cuts off the power and stops heating.
3. Place the food on the baking tray. When the temperature in the oven is lower than the set temperature,the green light will be on, the heating tube automatically powers on and heats, and when the temperature over the set temperature, it automatically cuts off the power.

4. It has the glass observation window. When you need to observe the baking situation of the food in the oven, you can press the "lighting" switch on the control panel, the lighting will light up, and you can observe by the observation window. After observation, you should immediately press the "lighting" switch to turn it off.
5. The baking time generally needs to be controlled by manual operation. The oven is equipped with a 0-90 minute time controller. Press the dial on the time controller panel to the time you need. When the digital display moves from 0 to the time alarm you set, it means that the time you set has arrived. If you want to stop the timing, you can turn the switch to the "OFF" position.
6. When it complete baking, turn off the oven power switch (other switches can be left on and the temperature controller knob can be left unchanged, it can extend the service life of the device) and cut off the external main power supply.
