Machine working principle
Coffee Capsule Sealing Machine is composed of main transmission, cup dropping, feeding, filling, metering, mechanical arm suction film, heat sealing, finished product transportation, and electrical control mechanisms. When the motor is running, it simultaneously drives the forward movement of the membrane plate, the up and down movement of the gasket head, and the operation of the water pump. It is achieved through connecting rod and chain transmission. The mechanical arm suction of the membrane is completed by two cylinders and a vacuum generator, respectively. The opening and closing time of the three solenoid valves are controlled through three proximity switches, and the action of the cylinders is controlled in close proximity.
This equipment can process powders, liquids, etc. for quantitative filling and sealing. Fast processing speed, economical and practical.
Coffee Capsule Sealing Machine can fill and seal different types of single cup coffee, such as K-Cup, Nestle, Lhasa, Upshot, etc.

Coffee Capsule Sealing Machine Features
Made of stainless steel, suitable for filling, filling, sealing, and edge cutting of various powder types and containers of different specifications.
