Working Principle

The Coconut Juice Processing Line includes juice extraction system, filtering and storage system, vacuum negative pressure system, and acirculating cleaning system. It could also add the cutting machine, conveying machine, and filling machine. The processing line then includes several steps:

Coconut pretreatment stage

cleaning and shelling. Clean surface dirt and residues with the coconut washing machine, then it ensure the cleanliness of the raw materials. And remove the coconut shell with coconut shelling machine to get the coconut meat.

Coconut meat processing stage

Clean the coconut meat to remove impurities. Break the coconut meat into small pieces with Coconut Crusher for subsequent juice extraction. Then put the small pieces coconut meat into juicer machine, and add some amount of water for juice extraction.

Coconut juice preparation and processing stage

The squeezed coconut juice is collected into a liquid preparation tank, and add white sugar, citric acid seasoning, salt, emulsifier and other ingredients according to the formula ratio for stirring and heating.

Sterilization and filling stage

Then homogenize the coconut juice with homogenizer machine to improve the taste and stability of the product.

The homogenized coconut milk is sterilized at high temperature to ensure the safety and hygiene of the coconut milk. Finally, it is filled by a fully automatic filling machine.
