Cake Processing Line Introduction
Cake Processing Line, sesame cake paste injection machine, round melon seed crispy cake production line adopts computer programming, touch screen, compact structure, concentrated functions, simple operation, cylinder as power.
This machine automatically injects sesame paste raw materials into sesame cake plate and conveys them into tunnel furnace for baking. It is suitable for the production of sesame pancakes, melon seed pancakes, cakes, gold bar cakes, egg yolk pies, mill cakes, cupcakes, European cakes and other cake products.
The amount of raw material injection can be flexibly adjusted according to product requirements, and the injection amount is stable. Spray edible lubricating oil into the cake plate before injection, and spread the oil evenly on the bottom of the baking pan to facilitate the removal of the plate.
Cake Processing Line can be equipped with hot air rotary furnace, tunnel furnace, and layer furnace produced by our company. This machine can choose hot air rotary furnace baking to form a semi-automatic cake production line.
Cake Processing Line is controlled by computer programming, with compact structure, concentrated functions, simple operation, cylinder as power, photoelectric tracking, automatic quantitative extrusion, high precision, and computer touch screen control.
